Outdoor eating and drinking in Market Harborough

Sun, sun and more sun. That’s what the weather forecast is showing and we’re now almost getting used to having scorching weather. 2018 looks set to be the hottest summer in the past decade, and as Brits, we appreciate every day of nice weather we can get.

A cold drink in the sunshine and alfresco dining are commonplace during hot weather and at The Angel Hotel, we’re pleased to reveal the latest outdoor eating and drinking spot in Market Harborough.

Angel Hotel refurbishment

“Haven’t you just refurbished your indoor restaurant area?” Yes, you’re right. Our 16th-century coaching inn has had a refresh with new wallpaper, furniture and flooring. It’s typical that as soon as we open the new restaurant the sun decides to make an appearance! But we don’t blame diners for wanting to venture outside; we might as well enjoy the sun whilst it’s here.

As such, we’ve had permission from the council to add seating outside our hotel on the High Street, and we’re really happy with the result.

Outdoor seating

Whether you’re wanting a coffee catch-up with a friend, a family meal or post-work drinks, our outdoor seating in Market Harborough is open through the day and evening. Thanks to our location on the High Street, we’re ideal for a pit-stop during shopping.

To make a visit to our new-look restaurant even more appealing, we’ve just launched our delicious summer menus. And al fresco is the best way to enjoy our new summer lunch and dinner menus.
